STP's Interstate Love Song may be the best song ever. Dear god, I heart Scott Weiland. Also, though, I love Placido Domingo, and Hosanna from Andrew Lloyd Webber's Requiem is fabulous. Earlier it was Copland's Fanfare for the Common Man that gave me chills.
